The system had to balance exam control requirements with practical content-creation workflows, while remaining manageable for academic operations teams.

I designed a combined CBT delivery and AI-assisted authoring workflow that keeps exam operations and question quality in one loop.

I led product architecture, workflow design, and implementation planning.
