Context.

A company-wide Excel proficiency assessment needed stronger controls and reliable delivery at scale. The previous setup made malpractice easier, introduced inconsistent testing conditions, and increased review overhead for administrators.

The system had to support many simultaneous candidates while reducing common integrity failures such as question sharing and attempt-rule violations. It also had to stay simple for administrators managing high-volume sessions.
